Pavilion Rental: Rental fee is $40.00 with a $40.00 security deposit, which is returned if the pavilion is cleaned and left in good condition after the rental.

Building Rental: Rental fee $100.00 with a $100.00 security deposit, which is returned if the building is cleaned and left in good condition after the rental.

Additional Information

    The building can hold 50 people comfortably, but can hold up to 60 and has a large kitchen.
